Sebastian Moran has been in what is basiclyslavery since he was fifteen, now in his early twenties he's been told he's being sold to someone he's told is a 'consulting criminal'.

Jim glare at the people round him. He didn't like these exhibitions of- of humanity- but sometimes they were necessary, like today.

Seb was knelt by his owner, hands chained behind him and not daring to hook up from the floor.

Jim took his seat, staring at the first slave o sale, a thin reedy woman, pale hair hangng around her face. Jim wrinkled his nose. I'll pass.

By the time Seb was draged on, several had been hrough. he glowered at the ground for a omebt before glancing at the screen.

Jim raised a eyebrow This one had spirit, he liked that. He called out his bid.

Sebatian looke dup, seeing the dark haired manin the crowdand hiding a smirk. He was small, he could be overpowered esily.

There weren't many bidders- very few wanted an escape risk. Jim's sharkish smile widned. He's mine.

Once the bidding ended Sebastian was dragged roughly over to Jim.

Jim gave a sweeping bow." Jim Moriarty, consulting criminal, at your service. You can refer to me as 'master', 'lord' or whichever title you see fit."

"Yes sir" muttered Seb, a small sneer to his voice. Hi owner lshed him across teh back with a mutetr of "DOnt be rude"

"Oh, there's no eed for that. I'm sure we'll get along just fine, won't we?"

Seb looked up and spat in his face

Jim backhanded him sharpl cross the face. "Won't we?"

Seb growled "Yes, master"

"Now, doesn't that feel better?" Jim handed the owner his fee. "And what might your name be, ear little puppet?"

Seb resisted the urge to spit at him again "Sebastian Moran"

"See, politer already, aren't we? Enchantee, Sebastian."

Seb spat again, the time hitting Jim jsut below the eye.

Seb growled at him "Are we leaving?"

"Oh, impatience, impatience... I believe we are one here, though,, so we can go, I suppose."

Seb rgunted and let Jim drag him to the car and shove him into the backseat.

Jim lifted Sebastian's chi wityh one finger. "Years of abuse look good on you."
