Cut Up Angels -Bert/Gee-

Jepha blinked, barely able to believe it "You-You do?"

Gee closed his eyes, steeling himself. "Yes. What you did was wrong... but you did it for love, or whatever you have for Branden. I forgive you."

"Th-Thank yoU!" stmered Jeoha, managing to feel like a sligt weight ahd been lifted off him.

"Don't worry about it. I gotta go, Jepha. Bye." he hung up, snuggling back into Bert's arms. "I think I'm gonna be okay, now, Angel."

Bert smiled and stoked Gerards hair "i really hope you will {Pumpkin"

Jepha handed uinn his phone back, but still lokked downhearted.

"What's wrong NOW?" asked Mikey, exasperatedly.

Jepha whinced at the tone "Well,I don;t have anywhere to go unless I come back..."

Gee shifted uncomfortably. "I should... er... I should probably call Lyn-z." He knew Bert hated it, but it wasn't fair that she didn't know. Also, the baby was almost here, and Gerard had tried to ignore how small and sad her voice had sounded recently.

Quinn sighed. "You know what? Whatever. Rejoin. Talk to Bert. Find God or something. I don't give a shit."

Jepha almost whinced again "I AM sorry for what I did Quinn" he whis[epered.

Bert chewed on his lip and nodded, it was a smallpainful reminder of however muc time he spent with Gerard on thistour,however much he told him he loved him, that he wanted to be with him, that he was still gonna go back to her and hi child at the end.

Quinn sighed. "I know, I believe you. We can work this out, okay."

Gee kissed his forehead, dialing the number. "I'm really sorry, Angel. Hello? Oh, hey, Jimmy, what are you..." he trailed off, his face bleached of colour.

Lyn-Z was breathing heavily and clutching Kittys hand so hard it felt like it was breaking, she glanced across at immy "You tell him if he diesn't get the next flight home I'll KILL him!"

Bert glanced up "What's wrong Pumpkin?" he asked

Gee stared ahead. "It'sLyn-z. The baby's coming."

Berts face drained of colour "Oh. Shit."

Gee got up, shaking. "I'm have to go. I'm sorry angel, she needs me, she... oh god, it's so early..." Because however much he loved Bert, Lyn-z was a part of his life, too.

"Yeah, yeah of course... You should go" managed Bert, his head realing. He was, despite everything, worried for Gerards child, and allso worried for himself. This meant Gerard left him earlier, that he'd definatly never be his now that he had a child over there now too "Do-Do you want a lift to the airport?"

Gee bit his lip. This was hideously selfish, wrong wrong wrong, but still...
"Bert, I'm sorry, I have no right to ask, but will you come with me? I'm not strong enough... I can't... I can't do this by myself!"

"O-Of course I'll come with you Gee" mnanaged Bert, torn in two. First, well, Gerard wanted hinm around, surely that had to mean something, but on the otyher... Calling him Bert instead of Angel had been the first step in breaking up last time...
